2 b) There are blind with pull cords and inner cords in the family room and ther are blinds in the the living room which will be a nonlicensed space but children will walk through this space. 2 d) There were plastic bags in the lower cabinet nearest wall. 4 c) Light fixtures in all rooms including the bathroom must be shatter-resistant or have a shatter-resistant cover. 5 a) Outlets were not tamper resistant . 5 b) Outlet in the bathroom was not GFCI or tamper-resistant.
